Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
There is no need to bring a ticket, or confirmation email to the show. We have all ticket information stored electronically at the venue in attempts to go paper free.
What is the refund policy?
Since many of our performances sell out, we will not grant refunds for unused tickets. We will gladly exchange your ticket to another performance if the requested date/time is available. However, we will not issue refunds for tickets you wish to cancel. If you wish to transfer your ticket to another performance, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance of your ticketed showtime. If you are not planning on using any of your tickets, even though we will not issue a refund, we would like to know in order to make those tickets available to others.
