I am the Strength and Conditioning Coach with a degree in Exercise Science from Southern Illinois University. I have worked as a College Division 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach, in Strength and Conditioning for the Tampa Bay Rays and an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers. I also am an accomplished writer, having published 30 articles on various topics related to Strength and Conditioning. I have certifications in C.S.C.S. from the National Strength and Conditioning Association, along with F.M.S. & S.F.M.A. from Functional Movement Systems.
