Mission of the Tampa Prep Alumni Board
The
Alumni Board is dedicated to building community between alums and the
School. The Board provides opportunities for networking, socializing,
volunteering and giving through events and activities that foster
connection.
How does the Board work?
Executive Committee Headed by the President, this is the leadership committee of the Board which meets monthly, August-May. The Executive Committee is responsible for the success of AB events.
Members at Large General Members attend three meetings a year (August, December and May) and volunteer to help with the organization and planning of one of the events sponsored by the Board, including the Golf Outing, Children's Parade and December outdoor all-alumni party. General Members may be selected for the Executive Committee after one year. General Members may also attend Executive Committee meetings if they so desire.
Advisory Board Advisory Board members support the working Board. With years of Board experience behind them, they actively support Board and School events.
In addition to participating in events planning, Alumni Board members also support the Annual Fund yearly.
New members are invited to join the General Membership in March of each year. If you are interested in being a Board member, contact Patricc Petti, President, or Robin Kennedy, Director of Alumni Relations.
