COWS in the Classroom
At Tampa Prep, COW stands for “Computers on Wheels.” These laptop carts, purchased with dollars raised
by the Annual Fund, bring
technology right to the students’ fingertips! When teachers incorporate the COW, each student is able to
utilize a laptop during the
classroom activity or assignment.
| SMART Board Software
Ms. Cummins is using new computer software that emulates a
graphing
calculator so that students
can see the graphing done right on
her SMART Board. This software purchase was made possible by Annual Fund
donations like yours!
| Instrument Donation
Alumna Kyle Dalton ’03 brought in her set of pristine drums to be used
by the School's orchestra and band classes. A beaming Mr. Manwaring
welcomed Kyle, grateful for her thoughtfulness.
