Yearbook Pictures

September 14, 2010 - Upper School (Underclass and NHS photos only)
September 15, 2010 - Middle School

Students will visit the photographer during their math class on the dates specified.

• If the student's math class does not meet, he/she should ask a study hall proctor or another teacher at the beginning or end of class to visit the photographer in the Black Box. Faculty and Staff will be provided the list of students that will be affected.
• There will be a Make-up picture day on October 7 from 8am to 10 am ONLY!

After the scheduled Picture Day, families will receive a proof and order form from Studio Artistry by mail.

All seniors should have an appointment scheduled during the next couple of months. If you do not have an appointment scheduled or need to make any changes to your current appointment, please contact Studio Artistry directly at (813) 873-7959.

Please review the Portrait Session Guidelines to ensure you make the most of your appointment.

After your student's session, he/she will return to the studio to select which shot should be included in the yearbook. *Please remember those photos selected must be school appropriate and meet all dress code requirements described in the Student Handbook.

 Yearbook Ads

As a tradition, the Tampa Prep yearbook, Talisman, provides a venue for parents to congratulate their graduating senior or child. If you would like to recognize your senior student as they venture into the next part of their life, the graduation of your eighth grader into Upper School, congratulate your son or daughter on athletic or academic success, or just send your love through a special message in the yearbook, you may place your ad order now.

Please download the Advertisement Contract and decide which size ad that you would like to purchase. Choose one of the templates based on the size ad you would like to purchase.

*These layout specifications have proven to be the most eye-catching and appealing, based on testing over the last four years. If these layouts do not appeal to you, you can create your own layout and submit a "print-ready" copy of the design on CD or it can be emailed to the yearbook advisor, Ms. Stacey Cummins at scummins@tampaprep.org.

Tips and Tricks for Ads

Since the staff cannot guarantee the return of any pictures, it is recommended that you have the images scanned to disk. CVS, Walgreen's and Kinko's have these services available to you and will assist you in any way they can. Color copies from a copy center will not reproduce well and will result in washed out images.
