Tuition and Fees

2013-14 School Year

* NOTE: Tampa Preparatory School is committed to meeting the demonstrated financial need of all families whose children are offered admission. Tampa Preparatory School's NEED-BASED GRANTS provide assistance for students whose families may not have the means to cover the  cost of tuition.

Tuition: Upper School

A $500 non-refundable reservation fee (not included in the tuition fee listed below) is due with the enrollment contract. Please review the back of the enrollment contract for specific payment policies or contact the Business Office at 813-251-8481.

Tuition: Middle School

$18,340 if paid by July 10th

$18,895 if paid in two installments in June & December

$19,550 if paid monthly (Automatically paid to FACTS beginning in June)


Payment

Upon a student's enrollment, the payment of tuition and fees for the full academic year is an unconditional obligation.

No portion of tuition or fees paid or outstanding will be refunded or cancelled notwithstanding the absence, withdrawal or dismissal of the child from Tampa Preparatory School during the academic year. This obligation may be cancelled by notifying the Admissions Office at Tampa Preparatory School in writing on or before June 15 preceding the school year that the child will not enroll.

Fees and Expenses

Additional fees and expenses may be incurred during the school year. The following is an estimation of additional costs a family should budget for their child.

Annual Fees:

Tampa Prep Parents Alliance Dues
$35 Tampa Prep Boosters Dues

Athletic Fees:

$75 - $400 (Costs reflect the ranges for participation in Middle School sports, JV and Varsity sports)

Curricular Fees:
$800 I-Pad 3 or 4 with 64 GB
$200 Textbooks(Costs will vary depending on the grade and the purchase of new versus used books)

Experiential Education Program Trips: (mandatory participation)

Grade 11 trip to Pisgah National Forest 



International students should anticipate an additional $2,800 ancillary fee
