Admissions at Tampa Prep
Welcome to Tampa Preparatory School, home of the Terrapins! Tampa's premier 6-12, non-sectarian college preparatory school has been educating and preparing young men and women to become future business, cultural and civic leaders since 1974. Today approximately 680 students are enrolled, representing all the cultural and socioeconomic diversity that gives Tampa its character. Our rich academic tradition, along with a commitment to arts and athletics and a focus on producing well-rounded citizens, has made Tampa Prep one of the finest schools in Tampa.
Spend a day on campus and you’ll see what we mean. Our ambitious students initiate not only special interest and community service clubs, but they also spearhead school-wide projects such as the Honor Code Book, which all students who attend Prep sign. In this unified environment, young people feel at home among friendly peers and a caring faculty.
