Strength & Conditioning

Tampa Prep is one of the only schools in the Tampa Bay Area to offer a full Strength and Conditioning Program along with a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach to their student-athletes. Tampa Prep and its athletic department takes pride in knowing that they make every effort to provide their students with a challenging curriculum in the classroom as well as in the weight room. Our Certified Strength & Conditioning Coach is on site every day in our weight room to train teams, athletes, and students, looking to get healthy, and/or take it to the next level.

Our training programs are designed to build foundational movements, along with proper flexibility, and conditioning needs. Speed and quickness are rooted in strength and power development that occur in the weight room. To become a faster, more explosive athlete, the work begins here.

Head Strength & Conditioning Coach: Brad Kaczmarski, C.S.C.S.

Brad is a strength & conditioning coach who has worked in all three levels of athletics; high school, college and professional. He started his career at Southern Illinois University where he was the Baseball Head Strength Coach, along with assisting in all sports. Following college coaching, Brad spent time working in both the NFL and MLB, learning from great coaches and gaining a great knowledge of training. He has served as Tampa Prep's Strength & Conditioning Coach since 2005.
