Volunteer Opportunities

There are numerous ways to participate in the life of the Tampa Prep community, and signing on to help with one or more Tampa Prep Parents Alliance (TPPA) activities is a great place to start.

Fill in your contact information below, then follow the prompts and check all the activities for which you would like to be placed on the email list and you will be contacted by those grade-level representatives or committee/event chairs.

We invite ALL interested parents, stepparents, grandparents, guardians, etc. to sign up for TPPA activities, so please let them know about this webpage. Please interpret our use of "parent" to include all these adults who are interested in becoming involved at Tampa Prep.

More details about specific events and activities will be provided in the TPPA section of the weekly electronic newsletter published every Thursday by the School, and via emails sent to you either by an event coordinator or by the TPPA Communications Coordinator. So check your email inbox often, and thanks for becoming a more involved parent at Tampa Prep! If you have any questions about this form, contact parentsalliance@tampaprep.org.

Throughout the school year, there are various opportunities to participate in grade-level activities coordinated by each grade’s Class Team Representatives. If you would like to help with some of these grade-level TPPA activities, please check the appropriate grade(s).
TPPA sponsors various activities specific to the Middle School, including Spirit Luncheons, school dances, Memorial Presentation Night, MS Terrapin Day and social gatherings for parents. Upper School activities include grade level lunches, as well as social gatherings for parents.
Several school-wide events at the school each year rely on support from TPPA volunteers. Please check the box for any event for which you would be willing to help.
These groups are a great way to meet parents from all grade levels. Participation in the activities held by these groups is open to any Tampa Prep parent.
Several areas of the school offer shift work to support our programs. Please check any that interest you below.
